오랜만에 인사드립니다. 아바타매니아입니다. 약 한 달전쯤 필리핀 eTravel 등록 관련 사항이 업데이트 되면서 많은 여행객들이 혼란을 겪었습니다. 한국에서 필리핀에 갈때는 당연히 eTravel등록을 해야하는데, 과연 필리핀에서 한국으로 나올때도 etravel 등록을 해야하는지 설왕설래 말들이 많았었지요. 시간이 지나서 이제는 조금 잦아들긴 했지만 간혹 귀국 시 이트래블 등록 여부를 문의하시는 분들이 계서서 다시 한 번 깔끔하게 정리해드립니다.

FAQS ON USING THE E-TRAVEL SYSTEM

What is the e-Travel System?

The “e-Travel System”is a digital single data collection platform for passengers arriving in and departing from the Philippines. It is implemented for purposes of establishing an integrated border control, health surveillance, and economic data analysis.

“e-Travel 시스템”은 필리핀을 출입국하는 승객을 위한 디지털 단일 데이터 수집 플랫폼입니다. 이는 통합된 국경 통제, 건강 감시 및 경제 데이터 분석을 위한 목적으로 구현됩니다.

ARRIVAL (필리핀입국시)

All passengers and crewmembers arriving into the Philippines shall register in the e- Travel System (etravel.gov.ph) not earlier than seventy-two (72) hours from their intended arrival.

필리핀에 도착하는 모든 승객과 승무원은 도착 예정 시간으로부터 72시간 이내에 e-Travel 시스템(etravel.gov.ph )에 등록해야 합니다.

1. Who shall register in the e-Travel System?
   • All arriving passengers and crewmembers.
2. When can I register/update in the e-Travel System?
   • Within seventy-two (72) hours/three (3) days from the scheduled time of arrival in the Philippines.
3. What if I fail to register in the e-Travel System?
   • You may be assisted to register/update your records at e-Travel System by airline staff and other airline personnel upon arrival and before assessment by the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ).

   • 도착하는 모든 승객들과 승무원들.
2. e-Travel 시스템에 언제 등록/업데이트할 수 있습니까?

3. e-Travel 시스템에 등록하지 못하면 어떻게 합니까?
   • 입국 시 및 검역국(BOQ)의 평가 전에 항공사 직원 및 기타 항공사 직원이 e-Travel 시스템에 기록을 등록/업데이트할 수 있습니다.

DEPARTURE (필리핀출국시)

All departing Filipino passengers shall register in the e-Travel System (etravel.gov.ph) prior departure immigration clearance.

필리핀에서 출발하는 모든 필리핀 승객은 출발 입국 심사 전에 e-Travel 시스템(etravel.gov.ph )에 등록해야 합니다.

4. Who shall register in the e-Travel System?
   • All departing Filipino passengers, as a replacement for the submission of paper-based departure cards.
5. Are departing foreigners and crewmembers still required to register/update in the e-Travel System?
   • No.
6. When can I register/update in the e-Travel System?
   • Within seventy-two (72) hours but not less than three (3) hours from the scheduled time of departure from the Philippines.
7. What if I fail to register/update in the e-Travel?
   • Register/update their e-Travel before undergoing immigration inspection; or Fill out paper-based departure card/s, which are readily available near/inside the departure immigration area.

8. What if I am already registered in the e-Travel System?
   • YOU (passenger) may update your status/e-Travel record under the “Edit Registration” tab of the e-travel; while
   • For CREWMEMBERS, under the “Registered Crew”, as shown in the images below:
9. When can the paper-based arrival/departure cards be used?
   • In the event that the e-Travel site is inaccessible; and/or Passengers who are incapable of e-Travel registration/update.
10. Is payment required to register/update e-Travel?
    • No. e-Travel is free of charge. Please report all those who claim otherwise to the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) through this link: https://cicc.gov.ph/report/
11. Is internet access required to use the e-Travel?
    • Yes, internet access/connection is required to use the e-Travel System, and is accessible through smartphones/computers.

10. e-Travel을 이용하려면 인터넷 접속이 필요합니까?
